How can recruiters thrive in a recession?

 

I was interviewed last week on “Working Lunch” – we had an enjoyable conversation!

The focus of the discussion was how recruiters can survive and thrive in recessions – but of course there’s no magic trick. It’s all about focussing on your customer, being clear on what your service is and how it helps, and delivering consistently and transparently.
