Justin has been recruiting in the technology sector for over 25 years (!) – working with companies from tech start-ups to global enterprises. He helps companies hire the people who harness technology to solve business problems. Outside of work he’s never happier than when playing or listening to music. He usually manages to avoid injuring himself when playing squash and runs to an age appropriate standard.
Al has been working in the technology recruitment for over two decades after starting his career in the oil exploration sector. He has an extensive background recruiting into both public and private sectors and managing recruitment strategy across many levels. He’s a proud father and avid motorcycle rider.
Emily started her career in recruitment before working for BBC Worldwide in Sydney selling tv programming in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. She’s a founding partner at Vocative and takes responsibility for operations, keeping our contractors and customers happy and making sure everyone gets paid on time. Outside of work she’s making a single-handed attempt to read every work of fiction ever written and loves going to the theatre or anything that involves live music.
