CTO – Payments – Hybrid (M4 Corridor) – Permanent role, £100K base + package
An excellent opportunity to join an established and growing software business in the payments space, taking responsibility for their technical engineering and product teams and driving transformation to improve cadence, quality and business value.
As part of the senior leadership team you will work closely with the CEO and CRO to understand the business and their customers, and to turn that insight into product, to increase revenue and deliver client value.
You’ll need a background in leading and improving engineering teams, and in improving Agile adoption. Experience working closely with product teams (or, ideally, leading them) will be important, as will a background in the payments or another heavily regulated fintech sector.
The role is hybrid (the teams are widely distributed in the UK); you will need to be in the office near Reading to meet with the senior leadership team and occasionally to get the team together.
The role will pay around £100K base with a personal and business performance bonus and corporate package.
