IT Change Manager – Insurance – London/Hybrid – £80K – Permanent  

An interesting opportunity to join a fast growing insurance company at a critical period of growth, and establish a formal change function. 

Day 1 you will be responsible for IT Change Management on two major programmes within the EMEA business. You’ll need to be happy to roll up your sleeves and work with stakeholders and Programme Managers to manage communications and delivery from a change perspective; as part of that work you will have the opportunity to create templates, process and best practice that then will be rolled out onto other programmes and projects. 

This is an excellent career opportunity – the intention is that as the function grows you will ultimately be Head of Change, so the role is ideal for someone who is happy in a hands on role but keen to take on greater responsibility. 

To succeed in this role you’ll need previous experience working as a Change Manager or Change Lead on large IT programmes in a financial services organisation – ideally within insurance although that’s not essential. 

Experience of creating process and communication with multiple stakeholders at all levels is essential. 

The role is based in London – you’ll need to be in the office in the City 2/3 days a week.
