Sales Lead – Telecoms – Remote UK – £150K base + OTE
An excellent career opportunity to join a growing software vendor in the telecoms sector and be a key part of their ongoing success. Leading the sales function, you will be responsible for working closely with potential customers to understand their needs and develop solutions, as well as for managing and successfully concluding complex sales cycles.
You’ll need both a strong technical background in the telecoms sector – ideally hands on in a software development or related role in the OSS/BSS/cloud space – as well as demonstrable experience in a sales role, with a good track record of securing business.
You’ll have had experience of mentoring and working with other sales team members, and the skills to advise on and develop the sales collateral, process and strategy. You’ll be able to put those skills to use as you step into a key role in the organisation, and for a successful candidate there is a very strong career path on offer.
The role can be carried out anywhere in the UK remotely. It will pay a base of up to about £150K, as well as a strong commission/bonus element.
