Recruiting for two permanent roles in different areas of the business

The situation

Jonas Fintech engaged Vocative to hire in two different areas. The first was an operational role to address some process issues; an expert was needed to resolve these issues. The second was a transformational change role within development and engineering; the challenge was to secure the right hire to lead that transformation.

The approach

Early discussions in the hiring process allowed each role to be shaped to meet the business needs. Both roles were filled by candidates who amply met the requirements originally set out and both roles have delivered the key changes in both operations and transformation that Mike identified at the beginning of the process.
